ACCOMODATION BOOKING TERMS 

Checking In

1. Check-in time is between 2pm and 6pm, unless prior arrangements have been made with the accommodation's management.

2. Guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID or passport and a credit card or cash deposit to cover any incidental charges during their stay.

3. The registered guest must be at least 18 years old, and all other guests must be accompanied by the registered guest at check-in.

4. Guests should familiarise themselves with the accommodation's policies, rules and regulations and any applicable fees, such as for additional guests, pets or late check-out.

5. Guests should inspect their room upon check-in and report any damage or maintenance issues to the accommodation's management immediately.

6. Guests are expected to respect accommodation's facilities and equipment with care.

7. Guests should note a Four Wheel drive vehicle is required to access accommodation

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

1. If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, we will provide a full refund of your deposit.

2. If you cancel your reservation between 7 and 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, we will retain 50% of your deposit.

3. If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days before your scheduled arrival date or fail to show up, we will retain your full payment.

4. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide a full refund of your deposit.

5. Any changes to your reservation must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date. Any changes made within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival date may be subject to additional fees.

6. In the event of early departure or a reduction in the number of nights booked, we will retain the full cost of the original booking

The purpose of this cancellation policy is to protect the interests of both the accommodation and its guests. We understand that circumstances can arise that may require you to cancel your reservation, and we will do our best to be flexible and accommodating within reason.

 

No Driving on the Property After Dark

1. For safety reasons, guests are not allowed to drive on the accommodation's property after dark.

2. This policy applies to all guests, including those with disabilities or special needs.

3. Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in designated parking areas before dark to avoid any inconvenience.

4. If you need assistance with luggage or transportation after dark, please contact the accommodation's management to make arrangements.

5. Any guests who violate this policy will be subject to eviction and possible legal action.

 

 

Some Risks to consider.

Staying on a 4WD property, can be a unique and exciting experience, but there are also risks involved. Some of the risks of staying on a 4WD property include:

1. Vehicle breakdowns: The rugged terrain and rough conditions of 4WD properties can be tough on vehicles, and breakdowns can occur, leaving you stranded in remote areas.

2. Accidents: Off-road driving can be dangerous and unpredictable, especially for inexperienced drivers. Accidents can occur on rough terrain, leading to injury or property damage.

3. Extreme weather conditions: 4WD properties are often located in remote areas with extreme weather conditions, such as high winds, heavy rain, and extreme temperatures. These conditions can be dangerous and may require special precautions to stay safe.

4. Wildlife encounters: Many 4WD properties are located in areas with wildlife, including dangerous animals such as snakes, spiders, and other predators. It is important to take precautions to avoid encounters with wildlife and to know how to react if you do encounter them.

5. Limited services: Remote 4WD properties may have limited or no access to basic services such as electricity, running water, or medical facilities. It is important to be prepared for these limitations and to plan accordingly.

6. Environmental risks: Off-road driving and other activities on 4WD properties can have an impact on the environment, including damage to fragile ecosystems, pollution, and other environmental risks.

Safety and Security

1. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the security of their belongings. Please lock your doors and windows when leaving your accommodation.

2. In case of an emergency, please notify the accommodation's management immediately or call the appropriate emergency services.

3. Guests are prohibited from engaging in any illegal activities on the accommodation's premises. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and possible legal action.

4. Firearms, weapons, and explosive materials are strictly prohibited on the accommodation's premises.

5. Guests should not prop open doors, you may encounter an unwanted guest (Snakes).

6. Smoke detectors and other safety devices should not be tampered with, and any malfunction or damage should be reported to the accommodation's management immediately.

 

7. Guests should be aware of the location of fire extinguishers, exits, and emergency procedures.

8. For the safety and security of all guests, the accommodation's management may conduct periodic inspections.

 

 

Smoking

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside any accommodation.

2. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.

3. Guests who choose to smoke outside must ensure that they extinguish their cigarette butts completely and dispose of them in the ashtrays provided.

4. Guests are prohibited from disposing of cigarette butts or any other smoking materials in plants, shrubs, or any other area where they may create a fire hazard.

5. Guests who violate this guideline may be subject to a cleaning fee of $200 and/or additional charges for damages caused by smoking.

 

The purpose of this guideline is to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all guests and staff by reducing the risks associated with smoking. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this guideline, and we thank you for your understanding and support.

 

 

Wearing Shoes and Muddy Clothes inside the accommodation

1. To maintain a clean and comfortable environment, guests are requested not to wear shoes inside the accommodation.

2. Guests are also requested not to enter the accommodation with muddy or dirty clothes, as this can soil the carpets and furnishings.

3. For your convenience, the accommodation will provide a designated area for shoes and outdoor clothing.

4. Please help us keep the accommodation clean by using the provided shoe and clothing storage area.

5. Any guests who violate this policy and cause damage to the accommodation's interior will be charged for the necessary cleaning or repairs.

 

 

Minimal Water Use (no mains water)

1. Guests are encouraged to conserve water by using it only when necessary. Please report any leaks, drips, or malfunctions in plumbing fixtures to reception.

2. Guests are encouraged to take shorter showers and turn off the tap while brushing their teeth, shaving or washing their face.

3. Guests are requested to not leave taps running unnecessarily.

4. Water-efficient fixtures and appliances are used wherever possible to reduce water use.

5. The accommodation may restrict the use of water for certain activities, such as filling swimming pools or washing cars, during drought periods or water shortages.

 

Pets

Pets are welcome in the designated pet-friendly accommodations, subject to the accommodation's pet policy. Please confirm at the time of booking, what animals you will be bringing with you. We have provisions for dogs and horses.

1. Pets must be on a leash or carried in a carrier when in common areas and must not be left unattended in the rooms or on the property. Dogs can be left in the yard off leash during your stay.

2. Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including beds, sofas, or chairs. Guests should bring their pet's bedding or crate to ensure their comfort during their stay.

3. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including any waste or damage caused by their pets. Waste bags and a designated pet waste disposal area will be provided.

4. Guests should ensure that their pets are up-to-date on all necessary vaccinations and are free of fleas and ticks. Proof of vaccinations may be required.

5. Guests who do not adhere to these guidelines may be asked to leave without a refund and may be subject to additional charges for damages or cleaning fees.

6. Horse floats must be left in the main car park and horses riding to accommodation.

7. No responsibility is taken for any injuries to horses or dogs

 

The purpose of these guidelines is to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests, including those with pets.

Party guidelines

 

1. Parties are allowed at the accommodation, subject to the accommodation's party policy.

2. Only registered guests are allowed to attend parties, and guests must inform the accommodation if they plan to have a party.

3. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves, including any mess or damage caused during the party. This includes the proper disposal of all bottles and cans in the recycling bins provided.

4. Accommodation must be left in a respectable standard after the party, and any damage caused must be reported to the reception.

5. Guests who do not adhere to these guidelines may be charged additional fees for cleaning or damages caused by the party.

6. The accommodation reserves the right to refuse entry or request guests to leave if they are creating a disturbance or are not complying with the party guidelines.

 

No additional guests

 

1. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the accommodation. The number of guests permitted in each room is limited to the maximum occupancy specified in the accommodation's policies.

2. Guests are not allowed to have additional guests in their room or on the property without prior approval from the accommodation's management.

3. Any additional guests staying in the room without prior approval will be asked to leave immediately and the registered guest may be subject to additional charges.

4. The accommodation reserves the right to refuse entry or request guests to leave if they are found to be in violation of this guideline

Guest departure

 

1. Check-out time is 11am unless prior arrangements have been made with management.

2. Guests are required to leave the accommodation in the same condition as it was when they arrived, with no damage or missing items.

3. All keys must be returned to reception at check-out. Guests will be charged for lost keys.

4. Guests are required to settle all outstanding charges before checking out, including any additional charges for damage, loss, or excessive cleaning.

5. Guests should ensure that all personal belongings are removed from the accommodation before checking out. The accommodation is not responsible for any lost or left items.

6. Guests should ensure that all windows and doors are closed, lights and appliances are turned off, and cooling or heating is switched off before leaving the accommodation.

7. All rubbish must be placed in bins and bottles and cans in recycling.
